All potential crew members will go through a screening process before joining our team.
Once everything has been verified and proves to be in alignment with our high standard of service care, we begin the process of training our new members in the Nordic cleaning methodology. If they pass their training, they are then supplied with uniforms made from organic cotton and our customised, high-end sustainable cleaning kits to fulfill their new role.
